# Get Ageless Now Program: Medications, Cost, and Provider Visits

## This article provides details on the medications, pricing, and provider visit requirements for Korb Health’s Get Ageless Now program.

**What medications do you offer?**  
We offer the following medications as part of our Get Ageless Now program:

- **NAD+** (available as Injection, Nasal Spray, Sublingual) — availability varies by state. Ask your provider to confirm which forms are offered in your state.
- **Metformin Tablets**

**What is the cost?**

- NAD+ is **$179** for a 4-week supply
- Metformin is **$99** for a 90-day supply

**How often will I need to see a provider?**

- NAD+: follow-up visits are required **every month**
- Metformin: provider visits are required **every 3 months**
