The Functional Health & Longevity Program is KORB Health's peptide therapy program. It pairs you with a licensed provider who reviews your health history and baseline lab work, then determines whether peptide therapy is right for you. If you are a candidate, your provider selects a therapy plan and your medication ships directly to you. The program runs in 16-week cycles with follow-up lab work and provider check-ins built in. ### What peptides does the program offer? Depending on your plan and your provider's recommendation, therapies may include Sermorelin, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, BPC-157, Tesamorelin, and GHK-Cu. Your provider decides which therapy is clinically appropriate for you. The chatbot cannot recommend a specific peptide. ### Do I need a prescription? Yes. All peptide therapies in this program are prescribed by a licensed provider after reviewing your baseline labs. No medication is sent without a provider's prescribing decision. --- Getting Started ### How do I start? 1. **Free consultation.** Your first telemedicine visit is a baseline review with a provider. There is no charge for this visit. 2. **Baseline labs.** If you choose to move forward, a one-time $99 baseline lab fee is due at the end of your visit and your provider orders your lab work. 3. **Lab review.** Once your results are in, your provider reviews them and meets with you to discuss whether you are a candidate and which plan fits. 4. **Enrollment.** If your provider confirms you are a candidate and you choose to enroll, your program begins and your medication ships from our partner pharmacy. ### Is the consultation really free? Yes. The initial consultation is free. You only pay the $99 lab fee if you decide to move forward with baseline lab work. ### Is the $99 lab fee refundable? No. The baseline lab fee covers the cost of your lab work and is non-refundable, including in cases where your results show that peptide therapy is not a good fit for you. If labs show you are not a candidate, your provider will discuss next steps with you, but the lab fee is not returned. ### What if my labs show I am not eligible? Your provider will review your results with you and explain why, and can discuss other options that may be a better fit. You will not be enrolled or charged a program fee if you are not a candidate. --- Plans and Pricing ### What plans are available? There are three plans: | **Plan** | **Price** | **What it includes** | | --- | --- | --- | | **Foundation** | $249/month | One active peptide at a time, selected by your provider. You can switch peptides at each 16-week renewal. | | **Gateway** | $349/month | A staggered combination protocol that introduces peptides in phases across your program. | | **Peak Performance** | $449/month | Our most comprehensive plan, with a combination protocol selected by your provider based on your goals and labs. | All plans include provider oversight, follow-up lab work, and medication shipped to you. ### What is the GHK-Cu add-on? GHK-Cu is available as a one-time $199 add-on for Gateway and Peak Performance members. Ask your provider if it fits your plan. ### Is there partner pricing? Yes. Patients who join through a participating employer or partner organization receive partner pricing. If you came to us through a partner, your rate is confirmed at enrollment. ### How does billing work? Your plan is billed every 28 days for the length of your 16-week program (four charges total). Your first charge happens at enrollment, after your provider confirms you are a candidate and you choose to move forward. The $99 baseline lab fee is separate and is charged earlier, at your first visit. ### Does insurance cover the program? No. KORB Health is a cash-pay program and does not bill insurance. --- Medication and Shipping ### How do I get my medication? Your medication ships directly to you from one of our licensed partner pharmacies. Depending on the pharmacy filling your prescription, you may receive monthly shipments or a fuller supply upfront. Your care team will confirm your shipping schedule at enrollment. ### When will my first shipment arrive? Your first shipment is sent after enrollment. Shipping timelines vary by pharmacy; contact the care team if your shipment has not arrived when expected. --- During Your Program ### What happens during the 16 weeks? You follow the therapy plan your provider prescribed. Around Week 12, follow-up labs are ordered so your provider can review your progress. At Week 16, you meet with your provider to review results and decide whether to renew, adjust, or complete your program. ### Can I switch peptides or plans? Plan and peptide changes happen at your 16-week renewal, based on your provider's review. If something feels off before then, contact the care team and they will connect you with your provider. ### Do I get lab work during the program? Yes.
