We offer compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, available as injections and oral troches. Your provider will determine which option is best for you.

How much does the medication cost?

Semaglutide Injection: $269/month (includes monthly provider visit and delivery, price stays the same across doses)
Tirzepatide Injection: $399–$499/month (includes monthly provider visit and delivery, depends on dose)
Oral Semaglutide & Tirzepatide Troches: $299–$599 per 3-month supply. Consult your provider for dosing.

How many units should I take?

I missed my dose. Can I take it today?

Yes, you can adjust your injection date. If multiple doses were missed, contact your provider; they may adjust your first dose back to avoid side effects.

My medication got hot. Is it still safe to use?

No. Medication above room temperature should not be injected. Contact us immediately if your medication arrives hot:

My vial arrived broken. What should I do?

Email info@korbhealth.com with photos of the damaged vial. We’ll coordinate with the pharmacy to resolve the issue.

Does the medication come in an autoinjector pen or prefilled syringe?

No. Medication arrives in a glass vial, with syringes and supplies. You will draw up and inject your weekly dose. Instructional videos are provided, and provider support is available if needed.
