Women’s Health Program: Appointments, Products, Labs, and Pricing

How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, go to:

Select either the ‘Book My Appointment’ or ‘Speak To Someone’ option. When prompted, select “Women’s Health Menopause Care” as the program you’re interested in. You’ll also complete a short questionnaire to help your provider develop the best treatment plan for you.

What products are offered for Women’s Health?
Our Women’s Health program includes a variety of medications:

  • Estradiol Patches

  • Estradiol Cream

  • Estradiol Tablets

  • Progesterone Capsules

  • Progesterone + Estradiol Cream (available in certain states)

  • Testosterone Cream (available in certain states)

  • Testosterone + Estradiol Cream (available in certain states)

Can I use my insurance for the medication?
Korb cannot directly accept insurance for these medications. However, some medications can be sent to your local pharmacy where you may use insurance.

What is the cost to send medication to my local pharmacy?
The visit cost is $79 every 90 days, covering your appointment and a 90-day prescription sent to your pharmacy. Coverage of medications is not guaranteed; please contact your insurance provider for co-pay details.

Are labs required?
Labs are not required before scheduling your appointment. If your provider recommends lab work, they will assist in coordinating it.

How do I get lab work done?
We offer at-home testing kits mailed directly to your doorstep. Follow the included instructions, return the kit by mail, and a member of our Operations Team will contact you with your results and help schedule a follow-up review with your provider.

What is the cost of labs?

  • Basic Lab Kit: $119

  • Complete Lab Kit: $249

What kind of labs do you offer?

  • Women’s Basic Hormone: Saliva-only test

  • Women’s Health Complete Hormones: Saliva and Blood Spot test
